While we do love a cocktail, sometimes a little ice and a great whiskey is all you need. The winner of this first-ever Cocktailia giveaway will receive an Ours decanter and your choice of His/Hers, Hers/Hers, or His/His glasses. Wouldn’t this make a fantastic wedding present? Or a great addition to your own bar?

This set was designed by Meg Moorehouse who runs Love & Victory, a Brooklyn-based design company. In addition to being an awesome person, she makes some really great stuff. Check out her web site for more.
But before you do, Like our Facebook page and leave a comment here with what you’ll fill this with if you win. We’ll select a random commenter on Monday, June 20 and ship that lucky person one of these sets with two glasses of their choice. Due to shipping costs we’re only shipping to US addresses but non-US readers can feel free to enter if you have a friend in the states we can ship to.
Find more of Meg’s creations at Love & Victory and leave your comment below!
Update: We have a winner!
I used the random number generator at random.org and it selected David Cole, also in Brooklyn, as the winner of the decanter set. He’ll soon be filling it up with premixed Blood & Sand (just don’t let it sit too long with that fresh orange juice).
Thanks for participating, everyone!

Templeton Rye!
Gin. Glorious gin.
Bourbon obviously!
a good islay scotch, like the laphroaig quarter cask
love.Love.LOVE this! Filling it with scotch, obvy :)
I’d fill it with rye! or wheated whiskey
We’d fill ‘er up with Hendricks gin. Then we’d be sipping on g&t’s every day after work.
I love that some of you would fill it with gin! (That’s what I would do too). I wish I could enter this, but am in Canada. Will definitely be visiting Meg’s website though, since this would be a perfect gift for my boyfriend :) Congrats in advance to whoever wins! Oh and Cheers of course!
Blood & Sands! Or is that Bloods & Sand?
Whistlepig 10 year old rye whiskey, poured into a Cocktail a Louisiane, garnishied with a twist of orange…
Midleton whiskey would look beautiful in there.
If I could get my hands on some bootlegged Templeton Rye that would be my pick!
I’d fill it with either Ransom “Old Tom” Gin or my homemade bacon bourbon!
Would probably fill it with some lovely Woodford Reserve bourbon, or Bombay Sapphire!
These are great! I’d most likely fill it with gin. Thanks for the awesome giveaway. :)
I’m a recent graduate who is broke so I would fill it with whatever is high quality but reasonable, recently I’ve been trying some new types of liquor but the basics will work too. Does vodka work well using these? Thanks so much!
Clearly, it would be something we both enjoy together, so that would be bourbon. Perhaps some Baker’s, or the wee remainder of our bottle of Four Roses Mariage.
Thanks for this opportunity.
I love single malt but am fairly new to rye, so I’d give the decanter its first plunge in Sazerac’s elegant Thomas J. Handy rye – a beautiful whisky for a beautiful design!
Woodford Reserve Bourbon. Yum.
I think my bottle of Vanwinkle 12 year would be great in that decanter and even better in my glass with my new whiskey stones:)
