The Soiree was the official cocktail of San Francisco Cocktail Week this year. Better late than never, right?
Save the Sazerac, the fourth Cocktail Week event, was a reception celebrating Elixir’s 150th anniversary and benefit for Tales of the Cocktail, a not-for-profit culinary and cocktail festival held in New Orleans.
Monday night was the San Francisco Cocktail Week opening party at the Starlight Room, at the top of the Sir Francis Drake hotel in Union Square. Sarai and I got there just as it was starting and hung out for a couple hours taking pictures and enjoying the cocktails.
San Francisco cocktail week begins tonight, kicking off the festivities with an opening night gala at Harry Denton’s Starlight Room, at the Sir Francis Drake hotel on Union Square. Lots of other great events follow, through Sunday night.
